Monday, September 4, 2017 - Snatch, Clean, and Squat Strength

The intent of today is to address the snatch and clean and jerk strength technique, as well as increasing overall leg strength and the ability to handle progressive heavier loads. Loads can be kept in ranges as prescribed, with the last section (10min EMOM) being performed with first exercise in first minute, second exercise in second minute, and so on for a total of 10 minutes.

If you are interested in receiving both workouts every week, as well as an additional WOD (a total of 3 per week), you can SUBSCRIBE HERE to receive all Weightlifting WODs in advanced before each week.
