All of our trainers are highly educated and certified, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.

 
 

What does J2FIT Stand For?

J2FIT stands for “Journey to Fitness”, which was how we started back in the beginning of 2014 as a blog to share fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle content to readers. As the blog grew, we started to take on some remote online clients, helping them design workouts to meet their goals, answer diet and training questions, and provide community and support.

Living in NYC, we ended up being able to get a few in person clients who learned about J2FIT from the blog, and with the help of search engines our content on the web spread, along with local word of mouth in NYC. This led to use taking on more in person clients and hiring more coaches for by the end of 2014.

Over the course of almost a decade, we have had the opportunity to grow our strength and conditioning blog to a business, and brand. Our coaches have worked in premier fitness clubs in some of the most competitive markets, coaches athletes at the collegiate levels, and have helped thousands of individuals reach their training and performance goals.

Our mission is to help all people live healthier, stronger, and happier lives through adopting an active lifestyle rich in hard physical training, healthy eating, and a balance lifestyle. We understand that life has ups and downs, and we strive to help our clients and community navigate such obstacles to continually overcome and keep progressing towards their goals.
