Your coach will develop a comprehensive workout and diet program on a monthly basis that is custom to your goals, abilities, schedule, lifestyle, and gym accessibility.
What’s Included?
A workout and diet plan designed by a J2FIT coach. Workout programs can be designed to fit your individual needs, whether it is sport specific (Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, bodybuilding, strength and conditioning, or CrossFit) or overall fitness and wellness.
Work one-on-one with J2FIT diet coach (all coaches carry Bachelors and/or Masters in Exercise Science, and are certified nutrition coaches and have experience coaching nutrition in both athletic and general fitness populations)
Receive a customized workout program based on your goals, schedule, abilities, and gym access. All workouts are delivered on a mobile app, complete with workout tracking and video tutorials
In-depth explanation video delivered to you when you receive your custom diet and workout plan
Feedback from your coach multiple times a week (in response to your proactive messaging and updates on workouts, questions you may have about diet, and uploaded videos for review. We require of each client at least 1x a week proactive communication with a coach to stay on track!)
Your coach will monitor your progress every week, and can make adjustments to your diet and workout program if necessary based on your individual needs and concerns (this includes updating plans based on unforeseen travel)
Unlimited contact between you and your coach via email and workout app messaging (24-hour response time during the week, 48-hour response time on weekends)

After purchase, you will be assigned a coach who will reach out to you usually within 1-2 business days. You will be asked to complete a detailed coaching set up email that your coach will use to create a customized training plan. You will also be asked to sign into your personal online training account on our mobile app and submit a startup photo. You will receive your training plan 2-3 business days after receipt of your completed profile set up, coaching into email, and photo.

Confirmation emails are sent out shortly after your order is completed. Please be sure to check your spam, promotions, or updates folder as sometimes our emails are sent there.
Within 1-2 business days, your coach will also reach out via email to set up an initial coaching call and get you set up on our custom training app

You will be expected to check in with your coach at least twice per week (please note that your coach will not proactively reach out to you). You can do so through our J2FIT app, in which you and you coach can direct message one another, post videos, and discuss any training issues you may have. However, should you have an additional question or concern throughout the week, there are no limits on how often you can reach out to your coach via email, in the app, or social media.
We work with clients from across the United States as well as internationally.

Our one-on-one coaching plan does not provide any psychological counseling, as this is outside the scope of our practice. We are a strength and conditioning company with an added emphasis on sports performance, Olympic weightlifting, and sports nutrition to alter body composition and weightloss. If you are someone who is in need of more specialized help, our coaches will help direct you to a qualified nutritional counseling professional.

All plans (monthly and 3 month) are set to auto-renew for you until you ask to cancel (14 days notice prior to next billing cycle).
Please note: To maximize your time, please be responsive to your coach reaching out and promptly return our questionnaire ASAP. You billing cycle start when you check out, so the earlier you can return the questionnaire to us, the quicker we can get your program and diet plan ready (48 hour turn-around from the date you submit online coaching questionnaire that your coach sends to you).

There are no refunds/transfers of service on diet and/or training programs sent. No exceptions. There is a $50 cancellation fee if any order is refunded before the diet/training program is sent.

You can cancel by letting your coach know 14 days prior to the end of your current membership.
