These 60-minute strength and functional fitness-based classes combine classic strength training with high-intensity fitness workouts to build strength, burn body fat, and improve fitness and health.

Classes are done in a private, small-group setting to maximize your time with the coach who can provide individual attention throughout the class.

Classes are every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:00am - 7:00am. First time attendees can sign up for a free trial any time.
