At J2FIT, we offer our clients premium training options to best fit their individual needs. All of our coaching options are made to meet our clients where they are currently to provide them with the best experience and results.

Remote Coaching

Remote coaching offers a personalized workout plan that you can complete at your convenience, thanks to our facility's 24/7 gym access.

This program is ideal for individuals with prior training experience who prefer training independently and need a tailored plan to meet their specific goals.

Semi-Private Training

Our semi-private personal training program is an effective hybrid approach that provides 1-3 weekly guided workouts, a fully personalized workout program, and round-the-clock gym access.

During scheduled training times, you will be joined by 1-4 other individuals in a semi-private setting. Please note that this is not a class workout - your workouts are tailored specifically to your needs, and you will have constant supervision from our experienced coaches.

This program caters to individuals of all fitness levels who desire professional guidance, motivation, and the freedom to achieve their goals at their own pace.

1-on-1 Personal Training

Our 1-on-1 personal training offers the most hands-on coaching experience for our clients. This option provides a fully personalized workout program, nutrition planning, and guided workouts.

It is particularly beneficial for beginners or individuals with specific training requirements. Moreover, it is perfect for those who prefer private training sessions with complete coach oversight rather than joining a group session.

Please note that you will also have 24/7 open gym access as part of your membership, allowing you full access to the facilities at any time or day of the week.
