This is a 4-week, four day dumbbell and bodyweight workout program that is geared to build muscle and improve fitness. These workouts are scalable for all levels, and can be done with light and heavy dumbbells.

Most work sets are done for time, therefore allowing individuals some flexibility to increase weights or use light weights depending on their goals. There are two upper body workouts and two lower body workouts, with all muscle groups being trained AT LEAST 2X PER WEEK... which ensures muscle growth.

Every workout ends with a 8-12 minute finisher EMOM, geared to attack arms and abs in a HIIT style workout.

Upper and Lower Body Workouts

Every week you will train the upper body (chest, shoulders, back, arms), lower body (quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, calves) and core muscles (abs, obliques, lower back muscles). This four-day workout split will keep you moving throughout the 45-60 minute workouts, and are perfect for the beginner training at home of the athlete looking to mix things up while on the go!

Build Muscle and Get Fit

Each workout is crafted to build muscle and optimize symmetry. Seeing that most workout plans train mirror muscles, we also include full body workouts that not only build muscle and help you look your best, but workouts that help your body stay balanced to minimize injury and avoidable muscle imbalances.
