Who These Olympic Lifting Seminars Are For

These seminars are built specifically for intermediate to advanced lifters who already train the Olympic lifts, but feel stuck.

How the Seminars Work

Each seminar follows the same proven structure designed to help lifters break plateaus.

This is not a lecture. You will lift.

The format:

  1. Targeted warm-up and key Olympic lifting positions

  2. Build to heavy technical singles in the lift (filmed)

  3. Break to review footage and identify individual priorities

  4. Return to the floor for a coached training session applying technical fixes

  5. Group review, Q&A, and next steps

This assessment → correction → application approach is what helps experienced lifters finally move forward.

This snatch seminar is designed for intermediate to advanced lifters who are strong enough to lift more, but feel limited by timing, positions, or consistency under load.

Athletes will work up to heavy technical singles, review video to identify key priorities, then return to the floor for a focused training session that reinforces technical fixes. The goal is a snatch that feels more repeatable, confident, and efficient, whether in training or CrossFit workouts.

I coach Olympic lifting and strength athletes in Cincinnati and online. These seminars are designed for lifters who already train hard but need better execution, better positions, and clearer priorities to keep progressing.

How many spots are available?
Each seminar is capped at 12 lifters.

Is this a max-out session?
No. You’ll work up to strong technical singles, then train with intent to reinforce corrections.

Can CrossFitters attend?
Yes. The coaching is directly applicable to CrossFit workouts and competition.

Are spots refundable?
No. Due to limited capacity, all sales are final. Spots are transferable up to 48 hours prior.
