Assistant Trainer and Olympic Weightlifting Coach
Nick holds a Bachelors in Exercise Science and a minor in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Ithaca College. He is an accredited Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCAS CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Precision Nutrition Coach (Pn1).

Nick started his strength and conditioning career in 2009 as an intern strength and conditioning coach for Division 1 Athletics at Cornell University. At Ithaca College, Nick was a personal and group exercise instructor for the college's fitness center. Additionally, Nick was a collegiate wrestler at Ithaca College, and currently enjoys competing in the sports of powerlifting and weightlifting.
Nick has been personal training in New York City for a premier fitness club, Equinox, as a Tier 3+ coach since 2013, and is excited to be a part of the elite coaching, culture, and community at J2FIT.
