Below are some of Cory’s top strength lifts, personal records, and goals that she met over the past year!

Cory just back squatted 315lbs, with EASE! After a few months of building strength, she is ready to continue to push her numbers higher!


Deadlift 315lbs for Reps (watch video here)

Cory has been working on her deadlifting technique and strength, and after the last strength cycle just hit her goal, and is looking to push this further!


Sprint 15mph With EASE (watch video here)

Cory was a former collegiate sprinter, and loves to run fast and feel powerful. We have been working on here abilities to get up to top speeds safely, and push her speeds every week, all while keeping the body injury free!


Set a New Bench Press PR at 170lbs (watch video here)

Cory was driven to push her bench press numbers higher, and with the ending of the last strength cycle, she was able to hit a new, all-time PR at 170lbs for 2 reps!
