Weightlifting coaching and training sessions geared to improve mobility, strength, and power specific to the sport of Olympic weightlifting (snatch, clean, and jerk).
Each session will address snatch, clean, and jerk technique, develop raw strength, and improve fitness specific to weightlifting.
Training sessions are done in a private, small-group setting to maximize your time with the coach who can provide individual attention throughout the class.
ALL WORKOUTS ARE INDIVIDUALLY WRITTEN AND CUSTOM TO YOUR GOALS AND NEEDS.
