A 6-week specialization block designed to prioritize shoulder and arm growth while maintaining the rest of the body.

The Shoulders & Arms Priority program is a 6-week, five-day specialization block for intermediate lifters with at least six months of consistent training. It uses three upper-body priority sessions and two lower/back sessions each week, with shoulders, biceps, triceps, and chest trained three times weekly while the remaining muscle groups are kept at maintenance volume. Sessions range from 49 to 73 minutes and use barbells, dumbbells, cables, machines, a pull-up bar, and a bench. Training volume progresses from 107 working sets in Week 1 to 120 in Weeks 5 and 6, with most of the added volume directed toward the priority muscles. Effort also increases from 3–4 RIR in Week 1 to 0–1 RIR in Week 6, while load follows a double-progression approach based on reaching the top of each prescribed rep range.
