A six-week lower-body specialization program built to bring up lagging legs through higher frequency and progressive training volume.

The J2FIT Strength & Conditioning Lower Body Priority program is a 6-week, five-day program for intermediate lifters with at least six months of consistent training. It uses three lower-body sessions and two upper-body sessions each week, with quads, hamstrings, and calves trained three times weekly while the upper body is maintained through two dedicated sessions plus additional arm and delt work. Sessions run approximately 46–62 minutes and use barbells, dumbbells, cables, machines, a pull-up bar, and a bench. Training volume increases from 92 working sets in Week 1 to a peak of 112 in Week 5, before dropping to 70 sets for the mandatory Week 6 deload. Progression is driven by both increasing volume and performance-based load increases: add weight when you reach the prescribed rep target across all sets while maintaining the specified reps in reserve.

Week 6: mandatory deload with volume reduced to 70 working sets
Program consistency: the core exercise selection remains consistent while set volume increases across the first five weeks and drops substantially during Week 6 for recovery
