The Ab Exercises I Did Every Day for 4 Years - 8 Minute Abs

We all gotta start somewhere, right?

 

This video brings back A LOT of memories of my younger days. I would do this almost every night before bed during high school. I remember downloading it to my iTunes to try get the video on my early edition iPod...

 

Anyways, this workout was my JAM, full with funky tunes and blue spandex. 

 

I will say.. 40+ minutes of abs per week did the trick, however I have now learned that you can build serious abs and core strength through functional movements too...

 

But, for old times sake, I challenge you to give this one a go (and remember, laughing burns EXTRA calories...so they say)!
