This is a 4-week, four day program that is geared for individuals who are looking for a more advanced version of volume 1, or are already able to train at higher intensities. This is not a beginner program.

Unlike Dumbbell Bodybuilding Vol. 1, this workout program takes muscle failure to the next level. By employing advanced muscle building techniques you will be able to push past you previous limits and gain muscle size and strength.

Every workout ends with a 8-12 minute finisher EMOM, geared to attack body composition and increase overall metabolic fitness

Upper and Lower Body Workouts

Just like the first volume of this series, this program is a 4 four day split that hits upper and lower body workouts, twice per week. Every workout ends with a "buyout” of some metabolic conditioning to attack body fat and build more muscle.

Advanced Training Techniques

Each workout is designed to push you past your mental barriers and take a muscle to near or complete fatigue. Using advanced strategies like drop sets, AMRAPs, and tempo training allows us to challenge a muscle to the highest level, safely and effectively.

Detailed Workout Videos and Instructions

Every workout comes with fun, challenging, and scalable exercises. We have included over 50+ workout videos to help you learn proper technique and build muscles safely from home or gym!

Mobile Workout App for Effective Workouts

Every workout is delivered straight to your mobile device and email, to keep you on track throughout the 4 week workout process. In the app, you can view workouts, watch video demos, and record all your workout stats to track your progress over time!
