About
This is a 4-Week Competition Peaking program for Olympic weightlifting geared for lifters who are preparing for a weightlifting competition. This program consists of 5 workouts per week, with the exception of meet week (3 workouts).
It is suggested that lifters start this program 4 weeks out from competition, and have completed at least 4 weeks of a strength phase prior to this.

3. A first timer trying more frequent heavy single lifting
Notes:
For heavy snatch and clean & jerk, give yourself a max of 2 misses before stopping, and never finish on a miss - drop the weight and take a last single to finish on a make.
